Appellate Practice

An appellate attorney must be particularly skilled at persuasive writing. I have written numerous civil and criminal appellate briefs, including one brief that upheld a $750,000 lower court judgment. Because of my thoroughness and attention to detail, I’ve had great success in convincing the appellate court to modify lower court decisions.
