Here are a few examples of cases I have successfully resolved:

My client had inaccuracies on his credit report that significantly lowered his credit score.
Result: I cleared up the inaccuracies and negotiated a payment plan with debtors, allowing his financial viability and creditworthiness to be restored within a few months. 

My client bought a used car that kept breaking down, no matter how many times it was repaired.
Result: I argued that the car was a lemon and proved our case by presenting a record of every visit to the dealership and every invoice that was generated. I negotiated top dollar for my client and essentially “broke the bank” for this kind of case.

My client lost his driver’s license after being charged with reckless driving.
Result: At a DMV administrative hearing, I was able to convince the hearing officer that this was a one-time incident that would never be repeated. My client got his license back and has since had a perfect driving record.
